“I recently bought a machete at this facility and I order a washer machine check up. The washer machine service was expensive but on time. The whole thing went in the wrong direction cause I did a negative statement about the quality of the machete. The owner answered me in a very disrespectful way staying that what I said was no true base on the fact that he sells this item to professional gardening personnel and they don't complain. I told him that I didn't use it in a heavy-duty project, but it lost the sharpen edge. Again he discredited me as a customer insinuating that I was inventing the story. I an not the only one here saying that this business owner is rude,disrespectful and no professional at all. I will write letter to Echo canyon to review the franchise they”

Furthermore , they came to us and started asking us questions ! Now because of this amazing customer service I will have someone coming tomorrow to inspect my AC and clean it for $50 only !! “Went in to this location which quite frankly is usually a mission. But today was totally different, we were greeted by someone but she didn't know how to operate the machine to cut the blinds she went to get somebody else after several minutes a young lady walked by and asked if we needed help and we said yes. She said no problem give me a moment and within 30 seconds she was back with gloves and proceeded to cut those blinds like a professional. I am a handyman by trade and she knew what she was doing and she did it perfectly, Julia B. is a breath of fresh air she was courteous, kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She handled our issues with the blinds and made sure we had everything we needed to install them. Home Depot is very lucky to have Julia B as an employee.Julia gave me a whole new outlook on this location which is good because it's close to my grandmothers house so instead of making that trip to Coconut Grove I will now be giving this location more of my business. “I would not normally rate this Home Depot or any other one “five stars,” but Richard is a national treasure and my experience with him yesterday earns this location five stars forever. I needed help finding and cutting some plywood. He stopped what he was doing, showed me what I needed, realized I had no idea what I was doing, and went above and beyond to cut down the plywood for me. It would have been very easy for him to send me to the Calle Ocho location where they formally provide this service, or make me wait until he was done with what he was in the middle of (both of those would have been well within his rights!), but instead he went above and beyond to help me and it made a difference in my whole day. The world needs more people like Richard.”
