Shawn MacMullin was very patient with me and very quick to respond to my emails and questions and was able to get everything ordered correctly and delivered in time and installed on schedule and completed the installation today, December 29th, just in time for New Year's. She fell in love with the Cloud Sofa. The design consultant Karla, went above and beyond with her customer service. She even created a visual presentation of how the sofa would look in our apartment with all the other furniture pieces we already owned! This was a big purchase for us and we were never pressured into a sale. Our Cloud Sofa was delivered the same week just In time to host our family game night!
