“I usually visit the Office Depot located at 8605 Bird Rd, Miami, FL, and most of the time (actually, almost always), they are very busy. I’ve noticed that the staff is not rude at all—they’re just extremely busy, which sometimes makes it hard for customers to get the attention they deserve.
However, today I was lucky to be helped by a young lady named Lorraine, who is truly an asset to your company. Even though she was extremely busy, she went out of her way to assist me. She was very knowledgeable, highly professional, and, most importantly, had a great attitude.
While I was there, I also saw her helping an older couple, and I was really impressed by how patiently and kindly she assisted them.
You definitely need more employees like her. She deserves 5 stars—kudos to Lorraine!”
