This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Never enough tellers!!! Make you wait while they do their work, instead of taking care of the customers 1st. Today a long line with 7 customers, 1 teller & ATM out of order. Not the 1st time. Very disappointing.

Truist is the worse Bank of all the Banks. They hold your checks for 90 Business days which is ridiculous. So you make your deposits but your deposits are not valid for 90 days which renders your account useless to pay Bills or to pay anything. Very Corrupt. Stay away from Truist !
