The experience starts at the front desk. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Property is a little older but kept very clean. I’ve always had a good experience when visiting my storage unit and or speaking to the staff.

We needed a storage for less than a month and 1st Choice was perfect for that. The rate was reasonable and they even helped me, since I was not able to go because of the rain they give me the opportunity to go and get my things about without any fees.

Living in Miami is full of perks. There is nothing like being surrounded by colorful buildings, luxurious beaches, and buzzing nightlife. Our storage facility is conveniently located with climate, non-climate, and outside parking. The keypad entry allows everyone to have their unique code so we can keep up with who is entering the property. We strongly recommend climate control for delicate items such as furniture, cloth, leather, photos, art, electronics, and other items from the home. Non-climate is an excellent choice for those lawn items or anything you would feel comfortable storing in a garage or outside shed.
