MIA is a logistical nightmare but the team at Alamo exceeded expectations with valet assistance with check-in at a customer kiosk plus guided assistance throughout the car pickup portion of our new rental. You made MIA a better place.

I put down for a midsize SUV and got a midsize car. There were no midsize SUV's to choose but I had a ride and it was the same price so it still worked out. Everything was quick and easy!
