Went in to replace a faulty battery for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and was told they will not replace the battery due to my phone being “water damaged” absolute lies there was only corrosion on the phone due to a past water damage experience that I was able to fix and resolve. They said I had to change the frame of my phone and were charging me $600 for the whole repair. Ended up taking it to a very reputable third-party shop that has my phone working as good as new. Shame on you Apple for being so greedy with your customers.

When I walked into The Apple Store a few days ago, I was almost in tears. My phone had been hijacked by a hacker, who eventually cut off all service— I couldn’t make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. AT&T, our service provider, had just told me that they couldn’t help me. Christian at The Apple Store, was a true Godsend. He helped me every step of the way, & helped me understand what needed to be done. I am so appreciative of the assistance & kindness I received from the staff at Apple— absolutely wonderful ! Thanks again, Christian !

What is going on with customer service at Apple stores? , I came to the store to do two exchanges, I specifically asked the girl not to return anything to my credit card as it takes a few days for the money to be back on it that I wanted either a store credit or an exchange. Instead, she did the one the thing that I told her not to, returned it back to my card and then wanted me to purchase again. Either they don’t listen or they listen and they just don’t care what the customer wants or needs.

My mom visited this store on September 25th in her work uniform and was discriminated by several different employees. All she had was a pick up order and they treated her like a nobody and rushed her out of the store. This store has terrible customer service and will make it known that they do not want to assist people who do not fit their standards.

I stopped by the Apple Store at The Falls Shopping Center to get assistance with resetting my password to unlock my MacBook Air. If you go, request for a Tech Service Lead by the name of Alvaro. He’s phenomenal, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with resolving my problem fairly quickly. I give Apple at The Falls 5 out of 5 stars for outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend getting your Apple devices serviced at the Falls location. Thank you Alvaro you’re amazzzzing!

Awesome experience! I was attended by Daniel who helped me buy a new phone. He was super patient, helpful, and even hooked me up with a discount. The interaction was quick, but not rushed. Daniel was super sweet, go to him if you can!!

The best store ! Alberto was so helpful ! I had a problem and immediately he explain to me what was happening . He was patient and he even went further to print me the documentation receipt I needed from two years ago !! He was amazing !! Best customer service I had in a long time !! Very professional in this store .

Dadeland turned me away after being late to an appointment to fix my computer . I came to this store same day and they took care of me without an appointment. The service here exceeds by far
