Great store, as long as you don't get the officious employee Avi to check you in who belittles you if you make a mistake, then refuses to be polite after you ask nicely. Doesn't care about his job, doesn't care about the customers, doesn't care about his appearance, perhaps that is the source of his bitterness, I don't know. Soured the experience, would not go back. Worst experience in any Apple Store by far

The pickup process should be quick and efficient, but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes of waiting. I came in for a simple pickup, yet the staff continued assisting other customers first, which delayed the process. I hope they improve the pickup experience.

I❤️this place. One of the buildings in a very lovely location with beautiful palms and other foliage. ALL of the persons that have helped me are super. Will return soon for another class on how to work my S16 ProMax.

A sleek looking store, for sure. But...I know Apple seeks out only the radical individualists as employees but the people at this store may march too much to the beat of their own drummer. They dare so much to be different it may be advisable to go to a different store! They are such free-spirited renegades it's difficult to get help, bc they are so busy with their unique Apple-style minds and personalities that they can't bother with the normal people that are customers. The store manager has such unique retail management style, so different, so outside the box, that it creates a store experience that is bewildering for the common mind. She is such an unorthodox trailblazer when it comes to retail management. Perhaps shopping malls are not yet ready for the groundbreaking approach of these offbeat and unparallelled innivators. These are the people that don't paint on the canvas, they wander off and smear paint on the walls. They are such individualistic mavericks it doesn't even seem like a store, more like a litterbox for genius cats to play in and we the public are
only allowed to briefly visit. This is not just any retail experience, this is no Hot Tooic, this is not a Bed, bath, and beyond, you know when you step into fhe Apple Store that you are now among tbe iconoclasts of the shopping mall, the radical retail explorers of the unknown. It's as though you have been granted access to a zoo cage of idling ondividualistic geniuses, standing with note-taking devices and scripted product answers at the ready as only ground-breaking total free-thinkers do.

Called the store today trying to get a copy of my receipt and had a staff member refuse to look up a purchase I made and cuss me out before hanging up. Please review the call if it was recorded. It was insane.
