We went back to the Apple Store to buy two more phones. Last week, we were helped by an incredibly kind and friendly Jamaican employee — unfortunately, we didn’t ask for her name. Today, we were assisted by Emily, the best multitasking girl ever. Truly impressive service. Excellent experience on both visits!
