We were assisted by Pedro at the Bird Rd ATT store. Ge resolved sn issue we had with billing snd got us new Direct TV service at lower price. Super helpful and professional

My instore experience in store was great- both the associate and store manager did everthing possible to help and devoted almost 2 hours to my priblem, although they couldn't resolve due to ATT corporate protocol. My problem ,and want to share, is that UPS "lost" my new cell and ATT corporate makes you wait 7 days before you can file claim. UPS is well aware of the lost/ stolen phone situation and ATT took my tax payment and now jerking me around to get another phone with this delay when they know exactly what happened. Lots of posts complaining about UPS. Heads up: do NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE. Nightmare as you have to sign and in my case I first had 3 different delivery dates then disappeared from tracking system. Not happy ATT customer service by phone- total wait time with supervisors and loyalty dept @4 hrs. 1 1/2 hr while I was sitting in the store! So suggest order/buy in store.

My experience at this AT&T Store was very pleasant, they helped me right away as soon as we got in, Ashley was very nice and knowledgeable and so was the store manager, I recommend them if you need to get a new iPhone

My wife and I went in to solve an issue and Gloria was very helpful and dedicated over an hour to solve our issue and as a plus The manager Brian and Assistant Manager Romi all got involved to help as it involved many lines and they were patient and worked as a unit! The feeling was they would find a solution and were able to answer all of our concerns with detailed information. Thanks to their efforts we signed upnfor additional services! Thanks for the great customer service.

In recent days I went to this site in search of answers and I felt that the service was not the best, they gave me almost indirect answers since while a lady in said site supposedly attended to me, she was taking care of other matters to which she gave, in my opinion, greater priority, I think they should not forget that the customer is their reason for being.

It was a very good experience Abel V was great taking care of my issue with the wrong size phone sent did the exchange seamlessly. Then Antonio (Tony) next agent took care care of switching all information from phone to phones Last but not least ZACH in Orlando customer care was first contact that helped me do the transition to the store and handled the credit to my account done as a courtesy for the prior miss understanding on the size of device. Thank you

rep using airpods , unable to hear customers properly, had to repeat questions multiple times. plus not a happy or friendly face
