Front desk guy is the key. Classic front desk. Laid back, professional. A win.

I'm fascinated with this hotel! The breakfast and service are everything. Julian Perozo, the front desk guy, helped me with everything I needed and was very patient, friendly, and professional! I was completely satisfied with his service! Excellent staff at this hotel.
