The common areas are not fully complete, but renderings are available. The area is very quiet and respectful. The staff is wonderful, friendly, very warming, welcoming, super nice, efficient, and enthusiastic with great attention to detail. They are super punctual, very informative, and not hard to reach with any questions or issues. Both apartments and townhomes are so nicely finished here. The infinity pool that overlooks the ocean is the cherry on top. If you are coming to tour the property, ask for Jose! He always provides great customer service and makes sure to find the perfect fit for each client of mine.
