Braman MINI Service & Parts Miami provides excellent and top-notch service. The experience can be super expensive but is considered worth it. Staff members are noted as honest, straightforward, pleasant, patient, efficient, and thorough. They deliver exceptional care, even for minor issues, and work hard for a quick turnaround. Courtesy cars are sometimes provided. The service includes cleaning vehicles inside and out. While communication about the repair process can sometimes be unclear, the overall service is highly recommended.

Have to give a shout out to Justyne Cannata from Braman mini service. She’s honest and straightforward. Had two visits , back to back and she worked hard to get me out on the same day.She’s the best !

Excellent Service at Braman from Justyne. They gave me a brand new Mini Cooper Countryman Courtesy car while mine was in for a service. Quick turn around and they cleaned both in and outside of my car. Great job. Thank you
