Although we had a first great experience due to being served by the manager, our next visit was a nightmare, as the person stuffing our bear was really mean and telling us not to do things we weren’t even doing, like when I picked a scent pack and it was open and the product came out of the package she chastised me for it and said I couldn’t do that. While I was filming my daughter stuffing her bear perfectly positioned to NOT tape the employee she turned around and began to tell me I couldn’t include her when I wasn’t at all. She ruined my video and the experience. The shop was also very packed and when a customer complained she couldn’t voice record for her bear, they told her it wasn’t a recording studio and to just do it and move on. For a place that is supposed to be a fun and memorable experience they sure made it terrible. When I complained to the same manager I didn’t even get an apology for the employee’s behavior, just a lame excuse that they had to serve a lot of customers. I run a business too and that’s no excuse to be mean.

I don’t know where to even begin because of how mad I am right now. Yesterday was my daughter’s birthday and I received a bday coupon for 10 off so I bring her to this location and she picked bear and all the things that come with what is suppose to be a wonderful bday experience. I head to checkout and show the cashier the email with the coupon and she reads it and proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know how to ring it up.
So I’m waiting there, my daughter with a birthday shirt and all and this lady tells me that we should just order the bear online. Excuse me? I was in disbelief. I proceeded to pay for the bear full price but I will NEVER go to build. Bear ever again.

Everything was good when we went there with my granddaughter and my daughter on 7/23/2025 around 1 in afternoon except for that older lady cashier who was too disrespectful to the other young lady cashier that was working there with her which was strange since the young lady cashier was way nicer and more accommodating and professional than the older cashier lady. The young lady attempted to help us first then she got cut off by the older cashier lady who then started to help us and we didn't like that !!!!! we also didn't like her service she was not genuine and

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Build-A-Bear Workshop at The Falls Mall, all thanks to the wonderful manager, Anthony “Tony.” From the moment we arrived, Tony made our visit truly magical. His energy, patience, and genuine care for every detail left such a positive impression on my children—they’re still talking about it! Tony went above and beyond to make sure each step of the process felt special, and it’s clear he has a real talent for creating memorable moments. Thank you, Tony, for turning a simple visit into a cherished memory!

It was my first tie attending this mall and more specific this store. I was greeted by Evangeline a store employee. My dad is suffering from alzeimer's and I wanted a bear tht he can hear my voice as many times as he wants. This employee was very sensitive to my needs. If I have to do another bear I would definitely return to this store.

I haven’t been to the falls for more than 13 years and today I decided to go to take my kids to purchase their birthday bears at build a bear workshop. The kids had a blast choosing their bears but the staff weren’t into the whole experience. It felt like I was asking my nieces to help out with the whole experience. I know my kids and if the staff would have been friendlier my kids would have opened up but they weren’t thrilled. I wish it were a more memorable experience but sadly I will not recommend this location for this opportunity. My fiancé who seldom gives his opinion said that the women in the store seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I only gave this review a 3 star because my kids were happy with their bears but avoid going here if your family is jolly like ours. You’ll be entering a cemetery.

I love build a bear I have autism and I don't have a lot of friends so my build a bear are my best friend. I love this location at the falls mall. Everyone is very helpful.

I wanna take this time to honor “EMMA”. She’s the real hero of the day! Mr Anthony the Assistant Manager was being very rude and unprofessional about my purchase and EMMA came in right on time AND assisted me. She heard my concern, took her time assisting me to “Build My Bear” and made this experience a beautiful and memorable moment! Thank you for what you do EMMA! This review is for the gentleman who helped my family. Anthony. He was spectacular and made this experience so special for my kids. you can tell when someone truly loves what they do because it shows in their actions. He was incredible. I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have him. 10/10 ask for anthony
