About Ceramic League of Miami
The Ceramic League of Miami is a nonprofit ceramic arts education organization and a welcoming, creative environment for both beginners and experienced potters. It is an incredible community clay studio, described as an amazing place with the best facilities and resources of any clay space in Miami. The organization offers an array of classes, including wheel, hand building, mosaic, and raku, for all levels from beginning to advanced across six sessions per year. It is a member-run, volunteer-based organization where the community works cooperatively to support each other. The instructors are friendly, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and top notch, making learning fun. Hands-on workshops with visiting and nationally recognized ceramicists are a highlight, providing inspiring and unique perspectives. The League fosters the artist in everyone, providing a space to explore clay, play, and enjoy an endless learning process. It is also actively involved in the community, bringing the fun of clay to schools, scout troops, senior centers, and special needs organizations. There is no place like it in Miami for meeting like-minded people to promote ceramic art, education, and community service.

CLM is amazing! Wonderful experience so far with multiple instructors that each provide different perspectives and focus on skills. So far, I have learned much from Donna, Mark, and Maite. I highly recommend their classes with the wonderful camaraderie!
