Despite the customers being absolute heathens and complain about everything and anything. The workers here are very helpful, thoughtful, and considerate especially BRYAN. Good job guys keep up the good work.

Cons: 1) no mortgage specialist. Went to get a mortgage consultation, and they said they can't provide with any information because their mortgage specialist went to another branch. When I asked ok which branch should I go than, he said he doesn't know where is he. 2) the whole branch smells sooooo bad..... No ventilation, no proper AC.... Pros: 1) nice front desk guy, very polite

Was there this morning with a serious Issue with my acct only one personal agent wk and as always people waiting . There is always aa bunch of clients and ppl in and out and never enough persona managements to attend the cust. Young men trying to help and laughing like it was a joke it seems he did not want to help,accused me of doing something I don't do but smokering at all time.Bad Service as always

If you don’t have an account with chase they charge you $10 fee to cash a check. And if the check is over $2500 they donde even allow you to cash it. Terrible policies.

This is my first review!!!A terrible bank, I wanted to open a business account, the bank was empty, not a single client, and they refused me, saying that they had a full bank of clients. ?

There were 2 tellers. One kept staring at me. She had a customer but was looking around the customer at me. Every time I would look up, she would be staring at me. I don't know how she even helped the customer. Weird. But when her customer left, she wouldn't call me. The next teller called me and she was wonderful.
