If I could give 1,000 stars instead of 5, I would gladly give them. I had a situation with the ATM at this location. Mrs. Claudia GM and her team are the best. They helped me find a solution with great patience and kindness, especially Mrs. Claudia. Thank you again. You guys are the best.

I went to use the bank and I needed to go to the bathroom and they told me that they did not have bathrooms for clients, only for employees. I think this situation is terrible. I had to go to the gas station on the corner with my money in my wallet.

Unfortunately the staff at this branch at the time of my visit in September 2022, were not very knowledgeable and their mistakes impacted my ability to start banking with Citi. Specifically they mishandled a credit card application which should have been fairly straightforward.
