I would like to express my discomfort with this branch I was told I needed an appointment when there was no option to do so online for this specific branch. There were close to nobody in the bank. Supposedly only 1 banker at the branch, but 5 people at the front ? Doesn't make much sense.

It nears Costco and Home Depot. The staff working there were kind and ready to help. Printed copies of CD rates without being asked. First time stepped inside that branch. Overall, good feeling there. Good customer service. Outside there are driving through ATMs.
