Very difficult to get in touch with a banker. Guido is not longer working there. He used to answer me when I need to ask a question, now I have being trying to get an answer and the person that replaced him do not answer either the phone, messages or email.

I left my ipad at this branch and they kept it safe for me the next day. My banker Giordi is very efficient helped me renew my cds. My experience with the branch has been positive I find their staff to be very helpful to elders.
