This Citi bank branch has to be one of the worst, they only have one taller, and the other slackers are looking busy doing nothing instead of helping waiting customers. The should replace the bramch manager to begjn with and take another approach yo customer service.

They do not answer the phone. Staff answers your emails claiming they can't help you with your issues, and advise you to contact the call center, which also solves nothing. Citibank USA is a huge disappointment.

I feel bad for people who truly need service from a "professional" and encounter employees like the ones at this location. I took my mom to this branch to open an account, and the teller was rude from the moment she started speaking. She acted like she was in charge when all we needed was talking to a banker. After all, she asked a banker for help and all he or she did was just sending us a message with her. Complete lack of wanting to get up and work.

I don’t post negative public reviews as you can see by my other reviews, but this bird road citibank is the worst ever. I would give the maximum negative stars if I could.Worst service, worst staff and incompetent management. Please stay away from this branch unless you want to be frustrated. No communication or attention to detail is present from any staff. Pathetic all around and gives Citibank a bad reputation. It’s incredible that a bank this size is so messed up internally and operationally. I’m taking my money and going somewhere where they value clients with respect and integrity. This branch is classless and a complete disappointment.

I went to this location, today, very far to my home, only two persons before me, only one teller, his name Jose, but the teller was very nice efficient, and fast service, personally, no complaints.

Walked in at 4:20 no attention, had to go to the teller and I told her I wanted to open an account she said I should write my name down on the waiting list, then said it's too late. wanted me to write my email on a sticky note so I could wait for someone to contact me.. she claimed walk-ins weren't exsepted..

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Their POS ATMs are notorious for not registering the cash you deposited into your account. What's worse if you go to the teller to see if you could have the cash you deposited taken out or applied to your account like it's supposed to, they will say that you need to call customer service to get a credit applied to you while the issue is resolved. Dont risk depositing money into the ATMs from this branch.

My mother in law went to this branch to use the atm. She felt very unsafe, several homeless people have set up their "beds" right at the front doors. Feeling unsafe, she drove into the drive up atm was met with an arm machine that has never been cleaned. It is corroded, full grime and simply to disgusting to use. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe considering the current pandemic. Fix it!

Worst service ever. If Kristopher is the agent that will serve you try to switch as soon as you can.He is very nice while is talking with you but after you leave, he will do nothing to help you. Remember, Kristopher does not want to help you. This branch sucks.

Citibank on Bird Road in Miami is a well managed bank branch that is able to efficiently handle any transaction that you have no matter how small or complex. The staff here provides excellent customer service and takes time to make sure that you receive all of the assistance that you need. This is a good place to bank at.
