With the services at the bank I have credit card with the company 20 minutes in the line I just wanted to change for my bills and they said because I don’t have a checking account with them. I can’t even get change and I’m sad and I said that was ridiculous. How can you not provide change at a bank for cash.

Very disappointed with the service at the Citi Bank branch on Bird Road and 87th Avenue. We went in for a simple document to be notarized — a basic service offered to clients — and were met with confusion, disorganization, and a total lack of professionalism. The staff seemed unsure of the process, and after wasting our time, we left without getting the help we needed.
In stark contrast, the Citi branch in Woodfield, Boca Raton, consistently delivers excellent service. They’re always friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond to assist their clients. This experience just confirmed how important it is to have a competent and helpful local branch. Bird & 87th could learn a lot from the team in Boca.

I left my ipad at this branch and they kept it safe for me the next day. My banker Giordi is very efficient helped me renew my cds. My experience with the branch has been positive I find their staff to be very helpful to elders.

It is imposible to communicate with that branch. I’ve been calling for several days and no one answers. I live out of the states so I can’t go to meet in person. I’m very concern about not been able to talk to my personal banker for advise. I reading other people’s reviews worries me more. Have prove of the many many calls in one day and never any answer. What’s the point on giving Bussines cards with numbers that never are attended

Good Afternoon, I am Very Outraged by the BAD ATTENTION provided by KENIA RUGAMA, she is an AUTHORIZED, RUDE, HAS NO EDUCATION. To receive clients, they should send her to training or remove her from that position since she does not have the slightest education to talk to people. She doesn't help you at all, she just talks to you with a bad attitude. You should supervise her, please, I hope she pays attention!! She didn't even help us, she sent us herself, she ordered us to close our accounts and told me you have MONEY, go and take it out, it is a daring lack of Respect, please those who can see these comments, take action with that Rude Woman. Thank you. Lack of EDUCATION KENYA RUGAMA.

The truth is I gave it one star but it deserves nothing. That branch deceives customers, but they also do not provide correct information and lie. I don't recommend it to anyone. My mother Martha Gonzalez has been practically wanting to have money from her account for a week and due to their poor work and bad information she has not been able to because they work extremely poorly. From management to cashiers. But I already reported them explaining all the information to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. And I am going to sue them with a criminal lawyer. Remember that your calls are recorded and monitored. Everyone in that branch and customer service who mistreated and deceived my mother is going to be on the news.

This Citi bank branch has to be one of the worst, they only have one taller, and the other slackers are looking busy doing nothing instead of helping waiting customers. The should replace the bramch manager to begjn with and take another approach yo customer service.

They do not answer the phone. Staff answers your emails claiming they can't help you with your issues, and advise you to contact the call center, which also solves nothing. Citibank USA is a huge disappointment.

I feel bad for people who truly need service from a "professional" and encounter employees like the ones at this location. I took my mom to this branch to open an account, and the teller was rude from the moment she started speaking. She acted like she was in charge when all we needed was talking to a banker. After all, she asked a banker for help and all he or she did was just sending us a message with her. Complete lack of wanting to get up and work.
