This bank is worst , they do not want customers
I came to open on April 10 and
They are not accommodating.
I think , they do not like to work
So many excuses .
Manager should check their personnel.
Or the manager himself probably does not like to work the same as his employees.

If zero stars was an option, this branch would deserve it. I've had an account at Citibank for a while due to having lived in a different state. I continued using it because it's close to my new home address. It's always understaffed, the people that work here are slow and frankly don't care. And if you speak English, the service is even worse. Closing my accounts.

Terrible terrible customer service. You open from 10-2 on Saturdays 4 hours, if you don't want to work on Saturdays don't be there. You all treat customers terrible, from no hello, to just being rude. One of the 3 employees was super sick, coughing a sneezing everywhere. You should close this location, re training would not help this staff.

Sergio and the other women who was assisting me in withdrawing the funds out of my blocked account both should be fired and acted so rude it was unbelievable. They were both acting like there doing me a favor and couldn’t give a crap about me. Not to mention there aggressive attitude especially Sergio was doing everything so aggressive. Stay far away reported both of them to corporate hope they get fired

In 2021 I opened an Account at Citibank but because there has been no movement, they have asked me to contact the bank, I have sent emails and called the indicated number without success. My advisor is Tatiana, if you can please tell her that she can respond to my emails.

Horrible branch. Nobody picks up the phone. You go in person and there’s not a soul inside besides the 6 employees that work there (with no clients) and they turn you away saying they’re busy. They don’t want to work. Corporate needs to take a good look at this place and fire people.

I don't know who I just spoke to on the phone but that person has me rethinking banking with Citibank at all, after over a decade of good experiences. I called about an offer to make a large deposit of new money into a new account, and the person who picked up the phone said she was too busy to explain the promotional offer, she then refused to transfer me to a supervisor or someone who could help me, and hung up. Worst banking customer service ever from the branch where I first opened my account. That lady should be heavily reprimanded.

Highly incompetent. Cant open a business account for me. Took 4 months just for them to accidentally close the account. I believe they just do this so they can reach their quota. Also, no one speaks English there.
