We were 30 min early to our appointment, and we were there more than 3 hours. They treat people like animals. They walked so slowly it was hard not to laugh at how ridiculous it was.

The lady who tells everyone "walk-ins are not a guarantee" and shows no sympathy for anyone, and doesn't tell people when/why they stood on line for hours to be turned away, esp. her, needs to learn to be nice, friendly, and helpful. Show some respect. You're getting taxpayer money!

It's been 7 years. Time as change. I used to be the first set of 10 people in the group to walk in at 7am that was 7 years ago. Now people are their at 330am waiting to get service.
But today. FAST SERVICE, I tell you. Nobody left empty-handed, just be prepared with your proper documents to walk in and out. You are satisfied with your DL or ID. I would love to work for these people. I know it's hard to turn people down, but they are willing to assist you.
Workers at the DMV and security you guys are doing a great job. Thank you.

a truly terrible experience. The manager has no heart. the security didn't anything but their job when people got rowdy and violent. It's a very unsafe location, highly recommend the government to clean up the act at this branch. Total Chaos. Do what you can to head to other branches.

MAKE SURE TO GO TO THE CORRECT LINE! The appointments line is next to the entrance, don’t make the mistake of doing the very long walk-ins line! Make sure to take all of your documents and just make an appointment!!!! It took me like 35 minutes to get it all done. They were nice and helpful. Just TAKE EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED!!! BE PREPARED!!

La peor experiencia que he tenido, de verdad deberían prestarle atención acerca de las personas que trabajan en ese lugar, te tratan mal sin ninguna razón no buscan de ayudar nunca a las personas y simplemente si ellos lo deciden no te dejan pasar, tienen a un guardia de seguridad que se supone que es para mantener la seguridad y ni siquiera eso.

I don't know how they employ staff with such poor education and a lack of customer service. They make you waste time in a bureaucratic way. They should think about changing all that staff, with an appointment made and in any case they made us waste the day... That is unacceptable.

They don't pick up calls, and if they pick up the call they hang up immediately and then leave the phone disconnected so that no calls come in,.

Stood in line since 6:00am for 3 days straight. Apparently they don’t close at 5:00pm the cut off is from 8:00am-10:30am. Some people started arguing so the management decided to cut off the line at the guy with the red headphones and tell everyone to leave. Honestly never seen a dmv that treats human beings like animals. Someone needs to get channel 7 news out here to see how this business is operating. I was told that they don’t go by the laws set by the state of Florida they do things their own way. If you’re looking for a suit I suggest coming here and finding out for yourself.
