Is not a good experience to go to that store,I promise you, that happen to me a couple days ago too.

I saw a beautiful dress in a shop window, three people looking at the cell phone.. it took them a long time to answer my claim.. they only told me that it was from a package.. I didn't understand.. then it was a wholesaler.. I left.. no one wanted to to sell or service

Can't try anything on, no returns. Risky purchase. Unhelpful sales staff.
