They never have dashboard wipes and towels to dry (as advertised) the manager Alejandro threatened me to cancel my membership because I complained about it. I called and canceled myself. Avoid yourself a headache and avoid this chain or at least this in little Havana

they broke my windshield wiper in May when I sent the invoice from my dealership for what I paid to get it replaced they didn't honor it. they told me how much they would reimburse me. they said they would send a check. I've followed up several times with no responses. Now it's December I still have no reimbursement.
