“I really enjoy being a member at El Car Wash in Pinecrest. The overall experience is great—the stations are well designed, everything is clean and modern, and the process is smooth and efficient. It’s a location I genuinely like using.
One suggestion for improvement would be to follow the same approach used at the Palmetto Bay location by limiting vacuum usage to members only. There are often people who aren’t paying for any service but are using the vacuums and towels to essentially “wash” their cars, which can make it harder for paying members to enjoy the amenities.
Aside from that, everything works great, and I’m very happy with my membership. With that one small adjustment, this location would be excellent.”
