I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to take a moment to recognize the incredible service we received from Chang at this FedEx location. He was truly an angel on earth. We came in close to closing time, a bit flustered and overwhelmed, and he was so kind and calmed
Chang was remarkably patient, walking us through every single step we needed to take, making sure nothing was rushed even it was late. He went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted without making us feel like an inconvenience. That kind of grace and dedication is so rare these days.
If every customer service interaction were like this, the world would be a better place. Thank you, Chang, FedEx is lucky to have someone like you on their team!

This team of employees is by far the best Damion runs a happy ship and as a customer I love driving to this location for all our restaurant last minute printing needs.

This office is not efficient in the services offered. Passport photo machine does not work, computers to print documents not operational. Is this due to poor management at this location? FedEX usually offers exceptional service but this is pretty poor in terms of all the services advertised. We drove fifteen minutes to this location and missed our scheduled appointment because of the inefficient services. I hope you are able to send packages here otherwise what is the purpose of this location.

The customer service is severely lacking. The staff is incredibly rude, failing to even greet you or make eye contact during conversations. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Very poor service. I came to print some pages and just needed to cut the sheet in half, and they told me it would be ready tomorrow. They made me buy the scissors myself. I don’t recommend them… Mariana, by the way, was the lady who was quite rude!

Don’t waste your time going to this location. There is always an issue with your packaging and they will not let you return the items unless you buy their boxes. I can tell no employee wants to work there by the way they treat the clients. Just trying to save you the drive….

I’ve been a long-time customer of FedEx, shipping medical devices throughout my career, and I’ve always used specialized packaging designed specifically for our products at Johnson & Johnson MedTech. Unfortunately, at this location, I was informed that I needed to purchase an additional box to ship my items, despite the suitability of our packaging. This experience was frustrating, nefarious and did not align with the service I expect from FedEx. I recommend exploring other shipping options if you’re in the area.
