Staff were moving a bit slow, but it was very close to closing time and they took care of my item anyways. They were very helpful in packing and shipping my item as well as very informative on the costs.

The young man was acceptionally great and very mild mannered. Can't recall his name but he was tall and had graduated a few years ago. He was very pleasant and professional too. Great experience.
