I am a graphics professional. I sent them a high quality file to print on poster material. The file printed blurry, making my document useless as it couldn’t be read. I am taking a guess that the file lost quality using their absurd file upload system.I am out $70 and without a working print. If it’s important don’t get your stuff printed here, or maybe bring the file on a usb drive, if they even accept that. Don’t trust uploading or emailing to their system.

Worst experience ever. This is the second time we come to this store. They are very rude and do not want to help with anything. They do not want to accept a box that is perfectly fine to ship, but they want us to buy a 5 dollar box for an item that’s 6 dollars. They don’t even try to help. They just walk away because they do not want to help at all. And when they do help they are ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND NASTY.. my mother is 60 years old and their rudeness really affected my mother and her blood pressure, all because they’re trying to make money by forcing her to buy a box. She barely even looked at the box when she turned my mom away. Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible employees

The manager Daniel Quiroga, having the Fedex express driver in the office, did not want to send my 12 boxes through the express service the same day, attention is essential for the express service, that is why it is more expensive to pay, they should make the shipment more friendly to the client and not put obstacles.

I just went to this Fedex location to print one sheet and the print came with a black line. I mentioned this to a staff member and she told me to use another printer and I asked her if have to pay it again as it was not my fault the first print came like that and her answer was: yes, it is not your fault but you still have to pay it again. It was only 74 cents, but I was surprised of this answer and the manager was there and she didn’t do anything to provide a better service. I hope this review serves as a notice they need to provide their staff more customer service training.

I lost my package yesterday night. The agent says he delivered the packageass false. The picture he takes is only a box,nothing say what place is this. Also, the color of the house is different. I need my package for an event tonight. The proove address doesn't mention any name and address of shipment. Please, a shipment of 33178 yesterday night at the wrong address. Bad service I pay overnight for delivery safety

WORST EVER! I went with my 3y/o to pick up a package. Package was broken into, but my daughter needed a bathroom. For over 20 minutes they said "if bathroom is closed someone is in there." Meanwhile my daughter begging to go. 3 employees in an empty store... and they could not be bothered to talk to me or help. Eventually I knocked on the bathroom - NOBODY THERE! Why would they not let a 3 y/o use the bathroom when I was visibly upset and my daughter was begging? It's inhumane. Eventually a manager came by and all of a sudden the keys appeared. Then - after my daughter went to the bathroom and I complained about the broken package - MIRACULOUSLY the missing items appeared on the "floor behind the counter." Draw your own conclusions - this was to me borderline criminal, definitely inhumane.
