“I wasted 20 min driving to the big Home Depot in Little Havana, but they didn’t have the specially bulb that I needed in stock. Altogether, about 90 minutes of weekend time. I came to this Ace Hardware and upon walking in the clerk was immediately attentive and directed us to the right aisle. 30 seconds later, he came to the aisle and located the bulb I needed. I should have come here first and will do so going forward. Great shop, great staff, reasonable prices, and close to where I live.”

“If you're looking for some aluminum or stainless steel, Simmons probably has what you need. They have a huge supply in stock and will custom cut any amount you want. If they don't have exactly what you need then most likely they can order it. You have to understand that Metal has become very expensive and the price can change on a daily basis. I have not found any metal dealer in Miami Dade County that would be more reasonable than Simmons. I buy a lot of aluminum from Simmons! Enough said!”

“I get there and they took care of me very quickly , I had asked the sales man a question about the part and he said don't worry its what you need. Then the other sale man says to me are you done ? " I felt like I was getting kicked out.. just to realize that across the street there was a Jim full of hot ? G.I. Joe Girls lifting ? weights and all the worker, were Glued to the front door window... so I get home to realize that they gave me the wrong part ☹”

On top of that he gave me the best price on the Tongue and Groove material I needed for my project. I recommend everyone go to Florida Lumber and forget about these big box lumbers or these other high priced lumbers with no customer service.”

“Wonderful customer service!!! Dino was very knowledgeable and really helped my husband and I pick out the perfect shower and accessories for our new bathroom!!! We first tried online using the kohler website but we had more questions and we couldn’t make the decision then we tried going into Home Depot but honestly finding someone to help us answer the questions that we had was impossible. Then I called the store to see if they had kohler in stock and I was surprised when Dino said yes!!! I told my husband please go to the store and thanks to Dino’s expertise and knowledge we were able to answer the questions and helped us decide color, shape, style and items to purchase!!!
