Be careful and take a picture of your fuel gauge before you drop off your car at Hertz in Miami international airport. I filled up before dropping off and was charged $70 fuel charge as if I had not. Had to call customer service and wait now to see if they refund the incorrect charge.

Hertz charge for fuel even if the tank is returned full of gas. Since there nobody to receive the returned car is impossible to make a claim . Charge without support.

Gold Rental not signposted at Miami Airport. In a long queue until identified as Gold member then redirected to another area on another floor. Gold Rental experience not Gold. Assistant not really helpful. Said some details not completed although completed in the past so no additional driver for free. Directed to Gold area to pick a car. No maps or other documentation or information re type of fuel or breakdown information. There was no queue she just not interested. Not great expected customer service as had from Hertz in the past at all. Would not recommend.

The experience couldn't have been easier. Especially the teturn. The car fit our needs and was nice and clean. The employees at drop-off were helpful and courteous. They took time out of their busy day to drive my husband and myself back to the airport, as my husband uses a walker and it was quite a walk at Miami airport. That was so unexpected and appreciated.

The Hertz app does not work. The agents claim there is missing info on my profile but no one is able to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Customer service is slow and unable to resolve issues.
