Customer service is horrible. Absolutely useless and rude

I arrived to make a deposit at 1:05 p.m. and it is 1:25 and it is time that they do not attend me. There is only one cashier with a single customer and there is no one else. The noise of the employees having fun is heard in the distance. I don't think it's necessary for everyone to go to lunch at the same time. Terrible... read full comment

Great way to bank Internationally! I have had an account here for years and they are very friendly & helpful. Every time I've called or stopped by they have been great, would highly recommend IFB to anyone looking for a bank to have a personal relationship with.
