Jiffy Lube provides fast, convenient automotive maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotation, and batteries, following manufacturer recommendations. The staff is super nice, polite, professional, and proficient. Service is amazing, excellent, super fast, and very reliable, with record time in and out. The lobby is super clean and management is on top of everything. Employees provide great service, superior customer service with warm genuine smiles, and are honest, helping to explain everything. They show customers old parts compared to new ones. Prices are very good, with coupons available. This is a top-tier shop that rocks, simply doesn't get any better. Customers are super happy and highly recommend this place, with some being customers for almost 25 years. The shop also offers a free car wash.
We service our vehicles for scheduled maintenance at Jiffy Lube instead of the dealer because we do not need an appointment, we do not to have to get up at 7:00am to wait on line for service on a Saturday at the dealer, the service personnel is friendly, quick and honest.
