Ms Maldonado is a complete professional and knows her stuff. I never had a problem with her or the appointment process. She also drew blood from my 5 year old granddaughter without a whimper or pain. She’s an asset to the company and keeps her office clean and organized. I recommend her highly.

These reviews are very true and I had to see for myself, I recently did blood work and I am a baby when it comes to needles. Ms. Betty understood and she was very patient with me. Definitely 10/10 we need more phlebotomy technicians like Ms. Betty. Thanks again, I will be back!
