I have been shopping for perfumes at Macys for more than 2 years and today I had a Salesperson who was the least professional I have seen in the US apart from questioning me for wanting to change the fragrance. He did not give me the required explanation. Mommy told me that to my ears it is totally disrespectful but apart from that I dare to tell me that he did not understand that he had mistreated me. Apparently this man does not know anything about Marketing or sales, this man is terrible, his name is Javier .

Everything is fine in this Macy. But what I don't think is ok is the perfume department. You can't calmly choose the perfumes they sell. I understand them to a certain point, but that looks like a Chinese market. In the end, it's so confusing that you leave without buying, it looks like the one in Hialeah.
I recognize that you have to sell to earn a percentage but remember that the client should not be forced or imposed in a certain way on the perfume that you are promoting.
Buying perfume is like food through the human senses, otherwise you don't buy perfume.
Of course they all had good education but they did not respect the space and the client's decision.

I have shopped at this Macy’s for a long time, usually everyone is so nice upbeat and over all great people. Today I saw someone with a Manger tag Named Francisco screaming at the workers from a few different lines including Cartier because they exchanged gifts for the holidays, even though a few minutes before the staff sang loudly “Happy Birthday” to a worker from Dior and nothing was said. He was extremely rude, loud, unkind and over all disrespectful with his tone and attitude towards the staff. I’m not sure why he’s in a position of power if he just abuses it, I hope this is rectified soon because everyone else in the store is absolutely wonderful.

I would give it 5 stars because the supervisor who helped me was outstanding. My son has a disability and he Got two watches for Christmas; he actually got 2 of the same watches. And I tried to return one of them to Macy's and the first customer representative was extremely rude and asking why I would even try to return it without a receipt or the credit card which was used to purchase even after I explained to him It was a present; since he has such a bad attitude I asked for his supervisor who was outstanding. So this young man needs to find another profession. Hes not a people person.
