Macy's wasn't crowded . As usual the store was very clean and had many employees ready to assist at the cosmetics counters, some were more skilled that others.

When is this store going to fix its air conditioning system.
I went shopping today and I couldn’t buy anything because of the awful ambiance in this store , it’s like 100 degrees in there.
Don’t be cheap and fix your AC.

I hate Macys??‼️ I went inside Macy to see cologne and I had on jean Paul gaultier la male elixir 4.2 oz and a old random women was trying help me but sprayed me with the worst cologne:( ??(it was Dior sauvage?☹️)

Love the selection and the customer service after going straight in the toilet is trying to redeem itself and they have more managers on the floor helping. Except in shoes. Don't expect anybody to wait on u there that doesn't make u feel like they're bothering you. But still 5 stars bc this is my favorite store
