Gas station attendant as if 17 of October is sleeping and the doors are lock, the store is “closed”

Had my credit card copied and within 24 hours had hundreds and hundreds of gas charges put on that card. I call- was told it was a wrong number and that were no managers around and no phone number to call the owner. BIG SCAM!
