βFor a gas station, the menu is great and the food is well above what you would expect in a gas station. I was shocked and now many of my coworkers have checked it out and made it a great breakfast and lunch option. They have grits, both plain and cheese, corned beef hash, potatoes, eggs/omelets, fried chicken, breakfast sandwiches, subs, soups and so much more. You will likely find a lunch special that you cannot stay away from.β
βThis kitchen is inside a gas station serving hot food cafeteria style. Decent variety of rices and meats. Arroz con gris is super tasty. They do breakfast, lunch, not sure about dinner. Really good prices especially for 2024. There is no indoor seating, but there is a small standing bar. Mostly designed to grab and go. Good coffee and fresh juices as well. Vegetarian options a little limited but they serve rice, yucca, fried plantains.β

βMatheson Park is a lovely destination worth spending half a day at. The setting is beautiful and offers a peaceful escape. One downside is that parking can be a bit pricey, but itβs manageable given the experience.
However, it's important to note that after 3 PM, the water levels rise significantly, almost reaching the parked vehicles, so keep an eye on the time while you're there. Overall, it's an incredible hidden gem in Miami that's definitely worth visiting!β
βIt is infuriating to be in line and people ahead of you wonβt move up into empty spots. There is a literal sign to signal open spots while youβre waiting, and without fail there is always someone(s) holding the line. The attendants should be more on top of this and some of them are there and certainly help.β

The convenience store inside is incredibly well-stocked β rows and rows of drinks, snacks, and even some hot food options. The place was clean, well-lit, and super organized, which made it easy to find what I wanted. The staff was friendly and efficient, and checkout was quick. βAlways a convenient place to get a quick snack or bite to eat after a long day of work at the fair. The fact that they are open 24 hours is a huge bonus. The only other place in the area that is open after midnight is the Walgreens. The cashiers are always super friendly and nice to us considering the extra traffic and people that come to the area during the Miami-Dade Youth Fair & Exposition. Itβs not like most of the fairs and only last 10 to 12 days we are there for a month. So there is always extra traffic.β
