She was very rude + only spoke Spanish. My spanish isn’t perfect but I can talk. She hung up on me + didn’t even let me explain/ provide the little few steps to leave the box in the mailroom. She said she had left + that my delivery will be rescheduled. Thankfully i’m not in an urgency need of it but wow why is this lady hired to do this when it’s not my fault ? Once power was restored he was again onsite to test the magnet and restart the coldhead. Service is fantastic all engineers are knowledgeable and well trained.
