Personnel present at the time were very unprofessional and with not enough knowledge of the merchandise they were trying to sell making customers to leave the store frustrated.

Metro customers watch out... Do not come to this store !!!I came here yesterday morning trying to move from T-mobile to Metro. A lady came from the back to take my request. I decided to get a Moto G stylus. Its price for a new customer keeping my number was $59.99 according to the display adv. When I was paying, she charged me $159.99 for the phone ($100 more) after i asked her she said "the price just went up today, i forgot to tell you" she could not complete my transaction (poor trained) and call a partner to help her out since the manager was not at the store. While she was on the phone I access to metro's web and saw the price still on 59.99 then i heard when she was on the phone her partner told her "you need to apply the coupon and give him the new customer price" she told her in spanish "let me go to the back office" then in the back i heard she said i did no give him the promo cause i charged him full price.Clearly I did not feel comfortable with a person trying to over charge me for her own benefit. I asked her to void my transaction and left the store. This store is 2 minutes away from my house but definitely im not planning to go never ever again.Customers who go to pay mobile plans there or want to buy a new equipment be careful and double check how much she charges you.

My phone overheated and died , t mobile sent me to apple over the phone saying i had a warranty . After two hours waiting , there was no apple insurance and i received an original diagnostic my phone was dead. I went to tmobile dadeland mall , they opened a claim monday 12/6 and told me to pick up the phone next to my house. Phone arrived today at the tmobile in coconut grove but I coulndt get the new phone , because the lady that works the shop didnt accept the old one because it was not turning on. (Surprise after a week they still dont know my phone is dead!) She argues that they are a franchise of tmobile and cant accept a phone that doesn't turn on ( did nobody know that before sending me over there for the second time?) I called tmobile again , today 12/8 , I talked to the manager who placed a new order/claim and hopefully a phone will be delivered by Friday 12/10. I use my phone to work , send work schedules . I lost time and work going to an appme store i didnt have to go to and to two tmobiles that didnt solve anything . Horrible customer service

Worst store ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. When I came into the store the lady was talking on her cellphone and she didn’t care I was waiting for her, also I wanted the $30 plan and she lied straight to my face telling me that they don’t have that plan when I just saw the plan online I’m never going to any metro ever again. This job should be about helping the customer if you don’t like the job and you are going to be on your phone or not giving good customer service you should change your job.
