A very kind bus operator, Suchail Arrebato , always helpful on the Route 27A in the mornings. Always has a kind word when I get on the bus.

They are very helpful but usually only have one window open. they always have more than one staff member.

Decent service for getting to the airport and south Miami Dade. Wish there was more connecting/frequent service to western Miami Dade. Timeliness has improved but can still be improved upon (mainly buses always have difficulty arriving on time vs early/late).
