“This is a perfectly nice Metro Rail station, close to buses, Metro Mover, and the Brightline. You can pay for your ride by purchasing a ticket from a machine or tapping your credit card at the turnstile. It is clean. It feels safe. One criticism -- displays about arriving trains are confusing. It is hard to be sure where the train is headed to.”

“I was told by the broker Montway that my car would be picked up at my door and delivered to my door. Both of those are not true. An 80 foot transport truck carrying multiple vehicles can not do that because they won't fit down your street and you have to meet them somewhere else. Prestige transport gave excellent service and thank you.”

“Surprisingly easy to find at the airport.
Easy (& affordable) trip from Miami to Tampa.
Super comfortable ride (and seats that recline) with a few 10-min stops (perfect for snacks/drinks), wifi, bathroom, and very cold A/C (bring a light jacket just for this ride, but it's better to be cold than hot).
It was nice not having to worry about traffic, safety, long delays, long lines for security checks, luggage restrictions, etc. Definitely worth it.
Only downside was the smell of the bus upon boarding and seats not having outlets (may have just been that specific bus).
You just show up, load up, chill out, enjoy the ride, & before long, you've reached your destination safe and sound. Overall, it was an excellent experience!”
“The auto shipping industry is very confusing in how it works. Multiple companies reach out and all quote different rates, mostly low-ball rates to get you to sign up with them, knowing they are going to raise the rate on you later. This was my experience with multiple other companies where I chose them on lowest price. Mario kept calling me back at Navy Auto Transport, quoting a higher rate than others telling me this was the correct rate to get my truck shipped. After having my truck sit for over 1.5 months with no shipment scheduled and zero communication from the company I used, I called Mario back and accepted his offer. He gave me his cell, text messaged me daily with updates, and had my truck shipped within 10 days. He knew the market and what it would take to get my truck shipped, he did not BS me, and he got the job done. When you are finished leaving messages for another shipping company that is not getting your vehicle shipped, call Mario at Navy.”

“This review is well over due. I never write reviews. What can I say, Daniel and Tony are awesome. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. They gave me updates on my vehicles arrival and made sure that my car would get delivered safe and sound.
I got the enclosed transportation. If you have the extra money I suggest to get that then the open transportation so there won’t be any damage to your vehicle during transport due to weather and other things during transport. Your car is protected enclosed!!!
I had the pleasure of IM LOGISTICS GROUP INC transporting my vehicle enclosed. What an outstanding transport company, awesome customer service all around, updates when vehicle will be arriving etc. I received my car on 11/10/25. It took 7 days to deliver since the car was coming from CT to CA. I forgot the two people’s name that delivered my car to me but they were nice and awesome individuals. I wouldn’t had any other company deliver my vehicle at all.
The big rig was fitted with all the bells and whistles to transport your vehicle safely. The rig was clean inside out.
What a great experience with DYNAMIC AUTO MOVERS and IM LOGISTICS GROUP INC. I would never go anywhere else with my vehicle transportation needs.
