Michaels Custom Framing is very well organized and clean. They have great customer service and the staff are always there to help, with many employees described as nice, patient, and very helpful. They assist customers in finding the right frame and with assembly. The place has a great vibe. It is noted for being pet friendly as long as pets stay in a cart. A key feature is the many self-checkout options, which are phenomenal and mean you don't have to talk to anyone. They also offer very good prices. However, some staff may lack customer service experience and training, and service can be a hit or miss. One manager was noted as rude and unprofessional.

Nicole and Claudia were great help and very nice. the manager reí was rude and unprofessional. if it wasn't for the great vibe and help of Nicole and Claudia I would never come back to this micheals. They helped me measure my poster find the right frame and showed me how to assemble it. thank you so much Nicole and Claudia
