They tell you what you need and not try to sell you any unnecessary items and sometimes even talk you out of something if it’s not going to help. I’ve bought quite a few parts for my slash here and did the power up program through here. Very honest and kind employees and will definitely be returning. Only small gripe is sometimes it’s hard to get a hold of them on the phone but if you go to the store you will get all the help you need.”

“Very nice newer Michaels store. Went in for a custom framing job. My order took longer than expected due to the postal company dropping off the mattes to the wrong Michaels. The manager Nadine went out of her way to personally pick it up from another Michaels. Due to the delay, Nadine made it right. The people in the framing department are very nice and helpful, especially Christian. I think they went above and beyond despite the hurdles they have to jump through. More staffing to help would be a great solution. Too much responsibility on the few individuals in the store and it is honestly not fair to them. They have good employees. The store is very tidy and organized.”
