Best IT company ever! The techs are patient, understanding \u0026 quick. You can call or email when you have a question or need assistance. They make it so easy to work with them. The monthly IT service plan is affordable for small businesses. The remote desktop is so easy to use. It opens windows on your computer just like if you opened the program on your own computer. A must have for multiple screens. I have used other remote desktops do not offer that. I cannot brag enough about Nerds Support. They are a pleasure to work with!!

I contacted Support nerds for a Tune Up...as my computer was running very slowly. I spoke with Victor, support technician, who assisted me. Victor was highly professional, and took over my computer in a very respectful manner...such that if there was anything I was not happy with i could stop the process immediately. Always impressed with this company and would highly recommend subscribing as it can save you a lot of time and money in the long run.

After my business and home (+home office) were SEVERELY hacked, in spite of strong defenses (or so we thought) I began interviewing some of the nations best cyber security firms. I interviewed Nerdssupport last and they surprised me in a good way. They had technicians that were more skilled than the really good IT firm I had been currently using. In fact, they were able to help me with remediation, a secure cloud, enterprise anti-virus monitored by a blue team 24/7/365 (bye-bye hackers...) and perhaps most impressively, were able to install a complex Fortinet system in record time. I will just tell you this, as one stranger to another, who wishes to provide good advice - you really can't go wrong if you're lucky enough to start working with this company. If you've never used IT for your business, then it may seem somewhat expensive when you first discuss the things that they can do for you and what they charge. However, for someone like me has been using IT for 25 years, I can tell you that there are some of the most reasonably priced in Miami, and for that price you get much better service, and more knowledgeable technicians than pretty much any firm in Miami. I was able to speak and work with the owner personally, though the representatives that I was working with were extremely competent and we’re very much capable of handling everything themselves. I don’t normally write Google reviews but this guy saved me from a terrible situation and I feel ingratiated to them. Whether you’re just looking for an outsource instead of wasting money on an in-house IT department, Or tragically you’ve been hacked the same way that I was, you can rely on Nerds Support to be there for you with some of the smartest people in the industry that I’ve ever dealt with at some of the fairest prices. (PS, I am just writing this because my opinion, I realize it’s a pretty rosy review but I am not being compensated in anyway for it and they have no idea that I’m writing this. Hope it helps you...)
