“Hey what can you say about a storage facility? I’ll list the pros of why I like this place, along with the cons. Pros first: Clean , Management and team here are super cool, helpful. There are always plenty of carts, there’s a restroom, it’s a safe location, with easy access . Cons? There are none really that I can think of. If you’re in need of storage, over in 33137 give this place a shot! You won’t be disappointed.”
“It’s not really a modern uhaul center, just an equipment storage lot. But, nice and helpful guy in the lot. He communicated well and had my equipment ready for me.”
“Manny was most helpful and very knowledgeable of not only his storage units, but those in the area as he has over 20 years of experience in the business! Im glad to have met this facility to make moving valuables around with Rental trucks on site and units to make life easier!”
“Stop trying to talk people out of using this location for God only knows what agenda. I worked with this man before and took offense at your agents trying to push me to another location. The nearest one was run by a man with no moral compass that gave my uhaul on a prior moving day to his friends in front of me while they laughed in my face at 1000 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132. I never came so close to physically assaulting someone in the last 30 years... Mr King was responsive and even gave me his personal cell and got back to me when your website and customer service failed to respond in the promised 48 hours for over 12 days! Shameful business practices. What happened to U-Haul? Clean up your act!”
“Excelente servicio todas las muchachas y el dueño muy amables Hace años que voy ha nuevo mundo y siempre un excelente trato atienden con mucha rapides y todas ayudan cuando no tengo conocimiento de algo”
“I had a great experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome and excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy.
I truly appreciated the way I'm being treated and the quality of service I received. It’s always a pleasure doing business with a team that genuinely makes its customers feel welcomed and valued.
Thank you, Enterprise, for the outstanding service. I will definitely be using your services again and highly recommend this location!”
“When you come to this location make sure to ask for Ms. Lulu !!! Such a great person! She was so nice; helped answer all our question in reference to our rental truck. I’m so happy that we dealt with Ms. Lulu.”
“I recently purchased a used NPR Isuzu from Jean Paul Rubio for our business needs. I am very happy that I chose Bentley Truck Services because they exceeded my expectations. Jean Paul (The manager) was extremely professional and ethical conducting business with us, he guided us through the purchase process and helped us with a warranty issue even though we are 500 miles away. Thank you for your outstanding services and look forward to our next purchase with you. Rodrigo Mancilla”

“The lady that took care of my order (Ibis, I believe) was very helpful and provided a lot of information related to the rental and drop-off options. Service was fast and, the equipment was clean and ready.”
“Something drastic must have happened here.Cause this place has always been crazy.. but my last experience is what dreams are made of.. very organized, and I was actually cheating like a person this time.. what I used to do is leave the area to go to another dealer. Now I feel like I had to come to my home dealer.”

“Biggest complaint with this location is there is no return box anywhere on the Property I walked around to the back I walked around the parking lot I asked the Neighbor boring businesses nobody knows anything I see a lot of cameras but nobody to assist and I will tell you they close a little earlier than six I guess tomorrow I’m going to have to waste time out of my day to come drop off the key I will say his store is very clean and he has a ton of Merchandise”
“Joel has amazing customer service! I normally HATE renting Uhauls because it is always such a frustrating process! Not here, rental was so easy and seamless! I was on my way in less than 5 minutes! I will be renting here ALWAYS!!! Thank you for the great service, much appreciated!”

“Manager Chris Jr, Tyler, Eli, and Jeff are all the BEST!!! This crew is always on top on their clients making sure that we have all correct information and equipment that we need. Never have had issue but always have such a great experience. Thank you to the Cloverleaf Team! ? ☘️”
“I've been renting vehicles from the Uhaul franchisee at Compass Storage on 79th street in Miami for years. That location is poorly run, sometimes there is no one inside to even obtain a vehicle from and the vehicles are always trashed and smelly inside. This location on 7th Ave was super clean, employees ready and waiting to work with customers. The vehicle was spotless and super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very glad to have discovered this location.”
“Eric Wiedeke is a assistant rental manager who helped me with a issue I had on a rental, HIGHLY recommend him, very profesional & knows what he's doing
Every company should strive to have employees like this
THANK YOU ERIC”

“Nice staff to rent a truck. The rep keeps the trucks clean and is a friendly personable guy. I'll definitely recommend Penske trucks over any other rental truck.”
“Fast and easy, very nice young lady did the paperwork very fast and efficiently, they had the truck I reserved ready and returning it was just as easy and fast. Would definitely rent there again. It's located in a West Star gas station right before the 27th Street draw bride , very close to the airport.”
“Very good service, trucks were clean, and the employees were great. Have been renting trucks with U Haul for a very long time and it has been getting better every time I go. Better service than going to restaurants lately”

“The location is owner operated. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he even helped me save a few bucks by suggesting different equipment than the one I had reserved and it worked out perfectly. The location has plenty of trucks and trailers to choose from, its on a main street in Miami (Calle 8) and has easy access to mayor highways (Turnpike and Dolphin Expressway).”
“Extremely fast service. There was no hassel or time wasted apon check out. The vehicle was very clean and the AC was amazing. I only needed the vehicle for a few hours (and even though it was reserved for the next morning for another person) I was able to rent the van and they allowed me to return it after their hours of operation on the same day. Thank you Justin and Anita. Will be calling you first in the future for truck/van rentals.”
