Disappointing Pet Grooming Experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I took my puppie to this grooming salon expecting professional care, but unfortunately, that’s not what we received. My dog came back visibly stressed and with uneven fur. They handle the puppies without compassion and patience.
I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to other pet owners.

I went to this location to get my dog groomed and it was quick service and I got the full package done. They were very friendly at the grooming service and at the checkout that I was Even helped on how to get a discount.

I've brought my french bulldog Rocky here a few times already. Rachel has been so amazing with him. I'm so happy with this place, frenchies can sometimes get a little complicated due to their breathing problems but shes gotten to know him and can groom him perfectly. Honestly I can leave him without a worry.

Went to buy a fish tank and fish for the first time for my daughter. Julijla ( not sure if spelled right ) took care of me. Her customers service was outstanding , she explained everything I needed to know. You need more employees like her. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Please do not take your dog to this grooming place. They left my dog in a cage soaking wet for 3 hours. I had made an appointment and they decided to groom bigger dogs before mine since they get paid more to groom a big dog. They should not take more than 3 hours to groom a small dog as mine regardless.

Only decent person was the cashier. Some chick with glasses was so condescending and could barely help...how does someone work in the aquatic section and not know what a sponge filter is?

PetSmart in Kendall is the cleanest PetSmart I’ve ever been to. The service is always above and beyond, especially when they treat your little furry friend as one of their own. I will continue to shop here because of the friendly faces, the clean iles , and always having what I need in stock.

February 28th, 2024 brought my dog in for grooming. They called me about an hour later saying that my dog was lethargic. I headed over right away. My dog was active and walking around. His haircut and shampoo looked like a unfinished hack job. And no other care was provided. They refused to provide any other services. Seeking a better understanding, they were abrupt with a very inadequate explanation. Will never return to PetSmart again.

Julija noticed I had issues picking a collar for my dog. She went out of her way to help not only find a new one but discuss his needs and activities to find a perfect one. She also explained classes for his minor issues and proceeded to walk me to every isle I needed. She’s a prime employee and shows love for animals.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the veterinary service. Despite clearly informing them that my dog bites when under pressure, they continued to label him as vicious throughout the entire visit. This lack of understanding and empathy towards my pet's behavior was highly unprofessional and concerning. To make matters worse, I requested to be present during my dog's vaccination but was shocked when they took him to the back room without my consent. This violated my trust and left me feeling uneasy about the treatment my dog was receiving. When my dog was finally brought back, the staff seemed more concerned about the time, as it was close to 5pm, rather than providing me with proper instructions on how to care for my dog if he were to experience any pain or discomfort. This lack of communication and disregard for my pet's well-being is completely unacceptable. To my dismay, my dog ended up in excruciating pain for over 24 hours after the visit. The fact that the veterinary service did not provide any guidance on how to alleviate his pain or offer any follow-up care instructions is truly disheartening. As a responsible pet owner, I expected much better treatment and care for my beloved companion. I would strongly advise against seeking their services if you genuinely care about the well-being and comfort of your furry friends.
