Lourdes was exceptionally helpful and kind. She took time to help me and cleared things up when I needed it, even answering extra calls I made to ask questions about my storage. It truly made my entire moving and storage experience so much easier and her overall attitude and kindness also made my day. Thank you Lourdes!
