Great facility. Melina, the facility manager is awesome. She goes out of her way to help customers like me. They’re always there to help with rates or anything else you need help with.

I spoke with a representative at the Miami store and she went above & beyond helping me with an issue!! Her service stood out as exceptional, in this day & age. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, helpful employee. I would use Extra Space again!! Service stands out!!
