I just had the most pleasant experience with a salesgirl named Ericka at the Biscayne Plaza store. She vocally welcomed me, asked if I needed help, walked me to my product, explained product all in the sweetest voice and manner. Sally is lucky to have such an employee.

When I first walked in, I was greeted with great customer service from a black and Hispanic employee. The Hispanic employee was helping a Hispanic customer, so I ended up axing the black employee to help me. She help me look for a few things before the Hispanic employee told her to help the Hispanic customer at the register. The Hispanic employee ended up helping me, but the Hispanic customer needed her to translate and help her with what she needs. The Hispanic employee ended up helping her, and I got a little mad because she was just helping her at the desk, and told the black employee to go assist with the customer. I told the black employee come over here and help me again because it don’t make no sense how the black employee don’t understand Spanish and she is trying her best to understand what the lady is saying, but you have a whole Hispanic employee that could help her. Also, their prices are RIDICULOUS. Just for a comb. It was $12 and it was a simple small rat tail comb. I was about to pay 40 something dollars just for three things. I highly RECOMMEND to go to Elegance beauty supply store. I’ve gotten seven things and it was 20 something dollars. But I highly give props to the black employee because she help me as much as she could, and she gotta deal with the Hispanic employee.

I went yesterday Saturday morning 05/04/2024 to get some hair tides. There were two girls working, one of them slimmer than the other one.The one not so slim was very inattentive and dismissive not willing to help. Her attitude was practically like you had to beg her for attention and help. I left, won't spent my money with such a bad attitude.

I’m extremely unhappy online said my products were in store. They were not and the lady in the store continued to show me lotions instead of the products I asked for so idk if it’s there or not the employee had no idea what she was talking about. Super unhappy !

Overpriced. Just go to your local beauty supply store that's more affordable. The parking space and location of the store is just ridiculous.

Terrible attention from the two black-haired girls on the Wednesday afternoon shift, when you come in saying hello they don't answer, and when they do it is in a bad way, you can see their little desire to work, very disrespectful with bad vibes.

I went in this morning to return a Blowdryer that was purchased from the Brickell location I was in the north Miami area and came to this location to return it. When I walk in the clerk didn’t even acknowledge or say hello like you are supposed to greet customers in any customer service job. The clerk was too busy gossiping with a trainee or friend. I came up to the counter and said that I needed to return the item and she said since it was opened it didn’t qualify for a refund although everything was there in the box the Blowdryer still works at it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I work at a high end salon and I cannot show up to work with that kind of Blowdryer that doesn’t meet the quality or expectations needed for my type of work. I was told I had to match the price of the Blowdryer for an exchange only! When in your return policy it states that you are eligible for a refund if the Customer isn’t satisfied with the product ! This is why I stick to purchasing from the real beauty suppliers(cosmoprof, salon centric) I will never again come to this location again the staff is rude and unprofessional!

The worse service ever. I asked for the free beach bag they're were giving las month for Mother's Day, since I saw they still have many of them and they told me no because they're selling them for $30 some, I have her call the manager and the manager said yes and them the system don't allowed, I was a manager in another shops before and when that happens the manager have the right to make any changes, but she just acted Ruth when I said I will like to return the purchase I just made for the amount of $108.36 and got what I really was needing for the amount of $13.29. I was just returning my purchase not arguing at all and she came and told me, we'll all shops work differently, you have to came and work at Sally so you can see it, I have told her in a bad mood them that I don't work as a sales person anymore and she doesn't suppose to talk to customer like that.
